We have used a number of travel agents, and they have done a good job, but Terri went way beyond the call of duty, organizing help for handicapped or confused folks, answering the same questions tirelessly, and always available with suggestions, alternatives (when something needed adjustment), encouragement (many of our travelers were on their first cruise with us and were frustrated by the different passageways, locations, etc.). She started all that long before we set sail! I have been spoiled by her attentiveness to details and the individual issues of her clients . . . I can't imagine using anyone else as my travel agent now!
