Temperature for the interior of Alaska during the month of September can be between 35 – 55 degrees. You can see the forecasted temps on my website for the current week. So definitely something you can look to as you are packing in September.

So, knowing this how should I pack?

The best answer is…be ready for anything. When you pack think about layering. You don’t necessarily want to have a full winter coat, but a hoodie and a windbreaker might work perfect (that’s up to you). Only you know how comfortable you will be. Personally, I would pack for fall. The be ready for anything weather. Have hat and gloves, just in case and hope not to use them. For this cruise, I think it might be better to over-pack than to under-pack. Following is a list to get you started on your packing list. Feel free to print it out and add any other items you might need.
